It has incoming call vibration and 7 color lights, dual stereo Bluetooth and 1G card. It supports MP3 audio and MP4 video. Battery life is estimated at 5 hours talk time and 240 hours standby time. I think both look great.

The first one look cool and second one has classy looks, but both are great watches. I too got a multifunctional watch from Zales which have a lot of features.
