More than a Frame: Asus UFOTO UF735 DigiFrame

The UFOTO UF735 features a 7-inch 800 x 480 pixel display, headphone jack, 128MB of built-in memory, integrated speakers, and a multicard reader. It supports MP3 audio; JPEG, BMP, and GIF images and comes in silver, pink or blue frame colors. But more than those basic digital frame features is the sub-display function, which enables owners to use it as a secondary display on their PC - for Windows Messenger chat or to view the Watches and Stuff site.

Hands-On: Asus R70a UMPC

A few weeks ago, I posted about the Asus R70a umpc. The R70a features 7-inch stylus-optimised, high brightness touchscreen, a 120GB drive, built-in GPS and HSDPA, dual cameras (2mp, 0.3mp) and a DVB-T receiver. It runs Vista on an Intel Silverthorne processor with Poulsbo graphics. Battery life on the pre-production model is about 4 hours.

Sneak Peak CeBIT 2008: Asus R70a UMPC

CeBIT 2008 hasn't started yet but Engadget has pics of the new Asus R70a UMPC. The R70a features a 7-inch display, two USB jacks, memory card slot, kick-stand, and similar controls to the 5-inch R50a. It runs Windows Vista on a 1.6GHz Intel chip and has a 120GB (unconfirmed) disk. Integrated GPS is probably an option.
