SanDisk’s up and coming Sansa Fuze PMP is clearly a device aimed at competing with the Apple iPod nano. The Fuze features a 1.9-inch display, voice recorder, FM radio, microSD/microSDHC card slot, and comes with 2GB (black), 4GB (black, red, blue, pink), and 8GB (silver) of memory. It supports WMA, MP3, WAV, Audible audio; MPEG4 video; and JPEG images. Battery life is estimated at 24hrs audio playback and 5hrs video playback. It kind of looks like a cross between the Sansa View and the Sansa Clip, doesn't it?

Tiny View: SanDisk Sansa View

 

The SanDisk Sansa View 16 GB multimedia player is a mere 4.3 x 2 x 0.4 inches with a 2.4 inch full color screen and 320 x 240 pixel resolution.

The Sansa View features a built-in FM radio (with 20 programmable presets), a built-in microphone, and a MicroSD/SDHC memory card slot. The View supports more than 35,000 audiobook titles from audible.com.

Supported audio formats: MP3, secure and unsecured WMA, non-DRM ACC, and WAV

Supported video formats: MPEG4, WMV, and H.264

Supported image formats: JPEG

SanDisk makes the Sansa View 8 GB too.
