The Zipit Wireless Messenger 2, or Z2 by Zipit Wireless is a portable instant messaging/SMS text messaging device with a built-in mp3 player and photo viewer. All you need is an existing IM account, a wireless network and you can IM on AOL/AIM, Yahoo, and MSN. While you’re instant messaging, listen to your music from the optional miniSD card or listen to music on Internet Radio. Load up favorite images on the optional miniSD card to view anywhere. Carry on up to 99 simultaneous conversations with cell phones, other Zipit devices and PCs.
The Z2 features a 2.9-inch 320 x 240 pixel color TFT LCD screen, a backlit QWERTY keyboard, and a miniSD card slot. It measures 3.74 X 3 X 0.9 inches. With My Zipit, the Z2 themes, backgrounds, fonts, and more can be customized.
